Great News!!! 
We found the problem. It is NOT in Vista at all, but rather the new Laptops have changed. We found the exact cause (always a welcome relief
), and fixed it late yesterday. It is installing on all our inhouse Laptops ordered, and they will ship today.
We will release Hoster 3.316 by 5:00PM today.
