I suspect that, since you mentioned CAPS, that that was the actual problem.
An .MP3 extension in CAPS will cause Mp3gToolz to crash. So may cause Hoster to not recognize what to do with the file.
For any Mp3 + Cdg files Imported into Hoster, it is probably best to run the CLEANUP FILES choice in Mp3g+Toolz before Importing. This will CORRECT the CASE on all Files and Extensions.
