No luck tonight. I tried doing clean boot even with no updates installed. I also tried removing Installshield from the registry. I have submitted my findings to Microsoft. I hope MTU or Microsoft can come up with something soon to avoid people backtracking to XP. I am at wits end without tearing into code which I have no access to do for Vista or Hoster. I tried with nothing but core code and with all the latest updates with no success.
