go to support and submit a ticket..just make sure you have the same email add. when you first bought your hoster,they are pretty good in helping people..just tell them what your problem is and they will help you..which upgrade did you download the hoster upgrade or the hoster lite upgrade? if you have hoster lite and you downloaded the full hoster upgrade that might be the caused of your reg. problem
