I am just a customer like you. I do not work for MTU. So sometimes I don't get back to this due to work or other obligations.
I don't have an answer for your #19. If it works on the other 2 computers and not on one then look to see what is different on that computer. It can't be the program.

Try uninstalling Hoster. Then follow the directions in this knowledgebase FAQ: http://www.mtu.com/kb/index.php?acti...229be4991fd1a1
Even though the title talks about another problem the procedure is the same. This will make sure that any residual properties and settings for Hoster will not cause problems. Then reinstall Hoster, reboot, and try again.
If this does not fix it then something else outside of Hoster is causing the error.
Since you have two computers that will import the songs you can always copy those KMA files to the third computer, so there is a work around.
