How many times have you reinstalled your Microsoft Windows. Did you know you can only do it once. After that you have to call Microsoft and get a new registration number!

You have purchased a license to use the software (regardless of whose it is) but you don't own it.
Have you checked the status of your tickets to see if Support has answered them?
