That is a requirement for us to fix this type of problem.
SO... let's see some posts of...
* What other programs are running
* What Windows you are running
* etc....
When enough folks experiencing this problem post facts about their system, then a pattern will start to evolve. We have solved this type of problem before with this technique. Also, someone might post that little tid-bit they almost didn't, and it turns out to be the key that solves the puzzle.

Here is the DXDIAG info for the system and graphics for 4 computers all having slow redraw problem
I would also note that on my 4 machines I get the slow redraw on all KMA types (HDCDG etc) as well as ZIPS and MP3G's played from the MP3G tab.
I do not have the problem while playing WMA or MP3 music from the "audio" tab, nor do I have the problem while playing videos that are WMV Mpeg MPG or AVI (These are the only kinds I have).
My symptons have generally just been the slow redraw when closing the database search or file folder. I have not experienced any audio drops or problems with the lyrics on the TV - In fact I slid an open folder over to the TV and closed it and did not have any negative effects at all with the lyrics.
I have had this happen with all prior versions of Hoster when closing a VIDEO, AUDIO or MP3G tab, but now it is a little bit more pronounced.
The first two computers have all the resource reducing recomendations listed in the manual (Troubleshooting Audio Drops) - implemented.
My second two computers have none implemented.
I have no other programs running and nothing running in the background that I can detect.
