Bryan, if I'm reading correctly what you're saying indirectly is that if a burner is working properly, and copies media clog, and the firmware is flash-upgradeable, DO NOT go to mfgr's site and download firmware upgrade, just thinking to keep current. Leave well enough alone.Right?
