My data base for the disk brands and disk ID was not working. I did try the free data base on one disk and it came back with some info and when I tried to select all to load I kept getting a error where Hoster needed to shut down.

I can only assume that, since statements are Posted in a HELP FORUM, help is needed. So, don't be surpprised when help is given.
So...back to v3.313...I would suggest redownloading the software as, it may be possible, that you got a bad file. It happens.
