We tried to disable the registraton requirement, but there was one check box left that was still requiring this. I just disabled it.
Now you can submit a Support Ticket without registering. However, if you don't register, you must return and search for your Ticket since the scripts won't be able to email you.
Also... You MUST tell us your full name and email (visible ONLY to MTU). We can't find your records or solve your problem unless you tell us who you are.
