rate of pay
i believe the rate of pay is a mute point. no two dj/kj's are worth the same rate of pay. some are just better and have better equipment. I have seen Alan Ross' show in nags head and he deserves what he gets. i have seen others who aren't worth any pay. Point is, no matter the talent, there is a
"place" one can play. The good talent with good equipment will always make the most money. Anyone who thinks all dj/kj's deserve the same rate of pay for a show is probably in the less talented group with inferior equipment.
