Mindonstrike and Songpony have reported a possible similar problem when the "Keep Songs After Played" option is ENABLED. We will be looking at these this week as we work on 3.313 Beta 3, along with several other reported problems in 3.313 Beta 2.

Actually the "similiar" problem I reported only occured when keep songs after played was NOT enabled
