FYI: I'm monitoring this. Any other feedback would be helpful. 
Mindonstrike and Songpony have reported a possible similar problem when the "Keep Songs After Played" option is DISABLED. We will be looking at these this week as we work on 3.313 Beta 3, along with several other reported problems in 3.313 Beta 2.
