my laptop freezes up every time i download the new microstudio i'm using plextor px-w4824a xp pro when i try to import cdg disc the plextor dose not close and a prompt comes up please insert disc . not a happy bunny gone back to previous copy and it works perfect so it's not the laptop or my plextor hope someone can help
