thanks for youre adviced, i've tried that and the same problem still exist...
If I am right, when this type of problem happens with any appication program, Windows was already damaged and the app just exercised that area or the Windows code. Microsoft goes to extreme lengths to insure Windows is robust and cannot be damaged by an application program.

It may be that your computer RAM is going bad, or has some bad bits. If you have a memory test program, I'd run it overnight and see what it reports.
