Warranty is not by seller (though most will give you a 30 day return policy) but by manufacturer. As long as you register the item, you can ship it to them for repairs. I have had to do this on 2 microphone sets, one VocoPro and the other Hisonic and had no problems. You pay shipping to them and they pay to send it back. The larger companies usually have local repair centers too making it even easier. Just be sure you are buying from areputable vendor on eEbay and you can't go wrong.
