As far as CDG discs are concerned I used
www.doowop.com, some discs are as cheap as $6-7 and they now do Proburn all with free shipping in mainland US all licensed.
They regularly sell off job lots on Ebay for peanuts, which is a good place to search for bargain discs anyway.
Incidentally Proburn is cheaper here in the UK but you'd have to assess the shipping costs in relation to what you'd save on the discs.
