3.311 is now released, but our webmaster must update all the past user's download links. He is on it and it should be done any moment now. Then, your existing 3.303 or 3.310 download link, if it is still active, will download 3.311.
We start on 3.312 tomorrow that should fix the problem with Plextor and other drives. We expect this to release in October, which is why we went ahead and released these bug fixes in 3.311 so users don't have to suffer with them.
