Click the CRITICAL REGISTRATION PROBLEMS Forum. It will take you to our Support Center where you can submit a request. This will notify our Support Manager by text message to his phone. He CAN reset your RegCode quickly IF he is near his computer and not out of town.
We allow you to have a backup version of Hoster. However, it is your responsibility to have one that you can use. Follow our directions and we will always do our best to solve your problems.
In the future... we don't look in the Hoster Help forum for critical registration problems.
