This sounds like a database problem and most likely it is corrupt.
The way to fix this is to close Hoster then go to
C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Databases, delete the songs.mdb file and songs_backup.mdb. When you open Hoster it will rebuild the songs.mdb database.
