Keith, I have viewed your record. The problem is in our database. We shifted eCommerce stores right at the time you ordered, and your order has been "temporarily" lost.
I have emailed our web master to find and link it to your record. It will probably be Monday before it is done.
Check your Store Account periodically. When the order is reconnected, your download links will appear.
Please save all your downloaded files on CDROM once you can access them. Then, this won't happen again. Computers can foul up records. CDROM's are safer.
