Sound card quality and grounding. the laptop that I carry as a backup whenever I go out of town had bad static and i put an external usb sound card on it, works great as long as i do not plug into same electrical circuit as the amps.
But that is off the subject of the search function not properly working on the laptop.

I will hold off on deleting and reimporting kma's until I hear from Byan at mtu
If I need it tonight I will have to use the top portion of the hoster, It will almost seem like pulling discs again. It is amazing how spoiled we get with a product like hoster.
