I don't understand. You have ordered a FULL Hoster, as well as a LITE version.
Only the Lite has been installed. Did MTUSUPPORT already help you?
I'd install the Hoster version and create a second computer for a backup.
Post here if you can't do that and give me a specific request of what you want us to do. I'm at a loss why you aren't running the full Hoster version.
