Ok heres the workaround I came up with
Take a CDCDG type KMA (song imported from disk) - Any one it doesn't matter, or import a MUX song from disk - Use edit songs to change it to MUX. Now when you start Hoster play that file, even if just for a moment and from there on your MUXed HDKMA's will work as they should, at least until you close Hoster.
I came up with this a couple of versions ago and didn't get time to double check with 3.303, but that part of the program hasn't changed much since then so it should work.
