Don't if you do this or not, but when you get the SC ad coming up, just hit alt, ctrl, del to bring up the task manager high lite the extra session and close it. The last track down load with microstudio, and eject the disk as soon as it starts to lag at the end of the song. You will get a message, don't despair your track is on the hard drive without the bazillion extra minutes on it, check it on play to make sure you got all of it, then compress in hoster.
