Upgrade cc refund
I had upgraded to 3.303 from 3.301 online, plus I ordered the cd-rom for back up. When I upgraded, there was no free online upgrade, at the site I went to, the MTU store. After I upgraded, I read a forum that there was a problem at the store, plus, I later saw the free online upgrade in the MTU store, after I upgraded. Support said for me to email Sandy @ MTU to request a refund for the upgrade part. I did this, but have not heard a reply. How would I know if she received the email? My order # was 43930..
