As Lmcains stated, are these files in the .zip format? If so then you will need to click on ZIP for the type of File on the Import HD Tracks Dialog.
Also, with them in multipler folders it will take alot longer to import, because you will have to go and open each folder to import the discs from. If you have them all in One Folder, you can set it to that one folder and let it run the Batch Import. If the files are named exactly the same for all 13,000 then it will run through them all. If they are named different, you will have to set the Template for each type of naming scheme that was used. It will then batch import those files, then you will have to do this over and over until you get them all done.
