Post#13, just above yours is a specific request to support dealing with the problem, and a lot of other posts above that all dealing with the problem.
Maybe they merged the threads together if they were scattered, which is the way they should be anyway.
Dunno, just guessing as it seems the topic is well discussed here. Multiple threads dealing with the same problem cause nothing but confusion.
