I have songs that i had on disc that i imported on a back up hard drive, and my mtu crashed and i was trying to get them imported to my new mtu without having to import them from disk again!

Just because you paid good money for an instruction manual on how to download karaoke songs, you have no legal right to download and use them. Just because the guide says they are free doesn't mean they are legal of course if they mentioned that they wouldn't take as many people for their $50,although the website at the bottom reads.

I've got news for you ALL songs, no matter how they were obtained are illegal if you do not have the original disk from the manufacturer or a receipt from a legitimate download source (and IRC's are not legitimate).
