Through `Device Manager` I see two drives both have a number of ST3200822A.
The capacity of the Unknown_Drive I got from opening Drive Image 7.0 and clicking on Back Up Drives. That opens the back up wizard. When I click next a list of drives appears. I select the X:\ Drive and click next. The filename for this drive is "Unknown_Drive. I did't see any drive symbals.
