The only distress I have is the way I was talked down to by MTU Admin - while I find their CD Drives to be overpriced, i came here looking for advice. One person suggested doing exactly what I did - I ordered the stuff before someone at MTU suggested that I didn't. I am out a grand total of about $50.00 - not that big of a deal, considering I can use the drive for other things.
Some of you have a need to burn DVDs or even CDGs - I have no need for that. I simply wanted to find something that would allow me to rip my current CDG collection to KMA files. I didn't come here to stir crap. All I did was suggest that the price for a simple CD Rom was too high. The "spirit" of the MTU Admin's reply didn't seem to be sincere or helpful, but rather condescending. If a customer can't do that on these boards without being chastised like a first grader, perhaps the biggest mistake I made was choosing MTU's Hoster software to begin with.
