The singers screen is present but too far off the screen to see.
If you don't want to risk going into the registry to get your singers screen back.
Try this to get it back.
Temporarily change the screen resolution to a higher one, you will then see it. Move it in on the screen. then change the resolution back to normal.
You should then be able to see it and move it to where you want it.
That works for me.
