Short answer: Yes, look to see if you can find a file called "santana smooth.mp3" (if the file you have is, as you say, "santana smooth.cdg") - the .mp3 file would have the music to sync up with the .cdg graphics. If the files are in the same directory and you have the WinAmp mp3+g plugin (free), then the music and graphics will be played together.
