Sounds interesting
Thanks for the reply. Could I get some information on your 15" monitor. What is the cable arrangement from your computer? And what other items are you using?
Here is my idea: Laptop screen shows Hoster program. Laptop output (Yellow RCA Composite) to a TV Tuner Box. This TV Tuner Box has a VGA output. This VGA output then goes to the LCD flatscreen. I have been running this setup all day and I have not seen a problem. The LCD picture is not as clear as I would like. I have it connected to a expensive LCD, but I think it clear enough for song text.
A simple setup would be to find a LCD that accepts composite video.
I also want the cap. of connecting to house TVs. I would do this by using a composite splitter cable that would split the laptop composite output to two. One would go to the TV Tuner box, the other to a RF Modulator where TVs could be driven. I have not tried this setup yet.
I will look on Ebay for your type of monitor. Thanks.
