Thanks Bryan. I previously looked up the file name and found simular results. I couldn't open the link you posted.
It was an extra space I added in the renaming of the file name for the song because I wasn't sure if the space was needed or not between the one of the fields needed to inport it.
It went through the whole process of importing it but then shut down Hoster on two trys, until I renamed the file right.
I didn't know there was a problem until I started the computer again.
But I got it back working by instaling the damaged or missing file with windows the recovery disk.
A funny thing to happen when the irprops.cpl file is for loading a infared icon in the control panel. And it is there just in case you want to load an infared device.
I also read that you can use "msconfig irprops.cpl" to open restore and go back to that point in time.
