well last night contained 3 crashes and i have the report saved in my documents and i have read it , i think its written in chinese or some other latin ,
however i think i may have found the fix, i was in a panic when i finally got the ok to download the software, ( i had as instructed when the software on the site said "this programme is already installed on 2 computers) and sent an email to
support@mtu.com , on tuesday of last week and thursday , i telephoned the office and got a recorded messagea and then was invited to leave a message, finally got the all clear friday about 6.00 oclock show starting at 8.00 downloaded the software, installed it , then started copying the songs some 4500 of them, as you can appreciate a bit of sweat formed on the brow, only today on the case again noticed that the play was set to auto not man, the machine had crashed already this afternoon and i changed the setting, two hours later manually starting each song seems to be working no freeze no crash, working tonight wish me luck, (only one job on so i'm taking both machines)
