All I did was to install a new audio card, an EMU-1212m from Creative Pro, but the problem was there even before with my previous Audigy card!

Micro detects my Pioneer DVD-108 (Master) as a CDG compatible drive but nothing will play, could that be a conflict
I think I'll connect my Plextor alone on master and see... I did change my EDI cables from 40 to an 80-conductor IDE cable and change the DMA settings for ultra DMA's, but I had too for extracting video, which I often do... I did upgrade my ram from 512 to 1 gig
Beside that, one new software from Steinberg, Cubase SE but again, the problem has been there for a while, I think it's about the same time I changed my EDI cables and added the Pioneer drive
It only does this when reading directly from the cd-rom not from the hard drive! All my Aspi drivers are ok (reported from Nero Tools)!
