It only shows that you have installed the software once. If the program gives you the Error that SParks system does, then you must REMOVE the program and then Reinstall the software, then it should work fine for you.

You will need to do the same thing, as the system pretty much was changed, even though you had the software installed on the other HD, still can't work. Remove the software and reinstall, I have made sure that you can.
