Hi George, thanks for replying, I was starting to get paranoid there
I know it seems that the last two posts weren't that far apart, but I had originally e-mailed the problem on the 19th, and again on the 20th. I then read the post about e-mail being unreliable, so I posted in the "urgent" forum on the 20th. It was the on the 21st and 22nd that I posted in the general forum, in case I had upset the applecart with a "not immediately critical" problem in the urgent forum.
Still, I'm just pleased to know someone can see my posts
I'm sure the guys will get to me as soon as they can.
