The Upgrade works fine if you are running the similar versions, such as upgrading from 3.108 up to current or 3.006 upt o 3.108. If you are at like version 2.2xx and upgrade to 3.1xx it will give you problems, so for that you would need to remove and then reinstall.
That Chartbuster disc you listed is located under:
Chartbuster Pro CB90000 it is in here, I just tested it.
