ALL WINDOWS UPGRADES!!!
Some folks say not ALL, but we even had one customer who didn't download Foreign Language updates and that messed up Windows and Hoster's performance. After doing those updates, everything was fine.
Go figure!!!!!! 
We hate that Microsoft does this. However, we have to live with it when using Windows.
