The problem is that your computer has a built in 810 Graphics card, this will only have 4-7.5mb of video memory, thus the reason you can't get it to work. Karaoke Home Producer requires at least 8mb of Video Memory. I would recommend replacing your Video card with an ATI brand Card with at least 8mb or more of memory.
