I moved this from the Hoster Player Forum, to the Hoster Help forum that it belongs in. If you are not yet registered, please do so now. Be sure to reply to the email you are sent by the Forum script.
Also, be sure to use your email you registered your product with. That is what we have on record, and we only register MTU product owners in the Customer Support Forums.
