I had the same kind of problem last night. But no matter what I did I could not get rid of the noise. The noise was only on the music audio channel. Mic channels were uneffected. I tried eliminating the ground, and that made no difference. I also tried a new audio cable, with no change. The noise was so bad, that it was as loud as the music on some tracks and some it was louder. I was fighting the noise the entire night. The problem is I have another gig there on friday and I need a way to eliminate the noise.
