Just a big quess. The refresh rate might be different on both TV's and your computer can set only one. Try using the wall mounted TV alone and see what happens, or if you need to set the refresh rate or not. then try the other TV doing the same test. If you can get them both to work seperately with the same refresh rate, it might mean that the splitter is bad, or too much of a difference in screen size.
