What do you mean by Wobbly?
I have never heard the Video referred to this before. What are the graphics doing exactly? If you are using it and it is working correctly on the second computer monitor, it should then also work correctly on the TV, unless the output that is going to the TV has a problem.
What type of Laptop is it, model, and what Video card is in this laptop?
