This is NOT normal operation you are describing.
First, click Tools menu, Build Songs Database command. Make sure all your folders that hold KMA files are in the Song source folder list window. If any arn't there, their KMA files will be missing from the Songs Database and Song Books.
If that doesn't work, reinstall Hoster using Update first. If that doesn't work, use Remove, then run it again to install it again.
