No, you will not lose them.
Upon every release of a new version of Hoster, it is recommended that you choose "REMOVE" first, then, upon clicking the Hoster executable file again, Hoster will perform an Install.
So, this is a normal course of events...Removing and Installing...that all Hoster users have been experiencing.
If you are uncomfortable with doing a complete uninstall, you could try to use the "Upgrade" and see if that fixes the problem. And, if not, then do the Uninstall and Reinstall.
