Deleted Install shield folders as you suggested and STILL get the same 'general protection error'.

Also, after many attempts, I gave up and re-loaded the old version of MSTUDIO and now the old version does not respond.

I have to END-TASK to stop MICROSTUDIO.

So now, I can't use MICROSTUDIO for anything.

Please help, or maybe I can get a refund since I can't seem to be able to use the package.

Thanks for your help, but I get frustrated easily.
