This is not something that we can fix.

You can make the software work with Nero, and Roxio, as long as neither of them Bootup when Windows Starts. I have them running fine on my system with a DVD drive. This error also is only with the Plextor DVD drives, if you had an older non DVD drive then you wouldn't have this problem.
